Abstract Cinnamomum sintoc is a plant renowned for its production of high-quality essential oils. This study assessed the oil content in C. based on morphological characteristics, environmental conditions, and soil nutrient composition. A mixed-methods approach was employed, with observational data collected from Mount Ciremai National Park analytical obtained laboratory tests. To analyze data, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), specifically ANFIS MICMAC, were utilized tasks such as pattern recognition, classification, prediction. The results indicated that both conditions morphology have direct influence content, nutrients identified most significant factor. analysis, prediction accuracy 96%, optimal levels production: C/N ratio greater than 9, Mg at 0.5, C-organic above 6, N-total 0.7, K 0.6, P2O5 between 5 Ca below 5, pH 5.5. These findings suggest guidelines developed through can be further refined into practical rules optimizing utilization plants, potentially improving efficiency production.

Plant biostimulants are used to promote plant growth by increasing tolerance abiotic stressors and improving the efficiency of natural resource use. In present two-year research (2022–2023 2023–2024), effects biostimulant foliar applications on morphological parameters, fresh dry yields, antioxidant capacity, total phenolic content, chemical composition essential oil thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) were studied. For this purpose, four commercial biostimulants, Biostimol Plus + Peptamin-V Plus®, Acadian MPE®, Megafol®, BlueN®, evaluated cultivated in field conditions. The experiment was laid out a randomized block design with five treatments three replications. During second growing season, plants treated composed bacteria Methylobacterium symbioticum SB23, showed highest weight (152.1 g plant−1), biomass yield (501.9 m−2), (172.2 m−2). BlueN® that also obtained both years (0.47 0.53%), for all amount thymol carvacrol increased year, especially Megafol® (63.75 3.16%). capacity enhanced year according ABTS assay, but particular, BPPVP (26.97 μmol/g 25.01 μmol/g), while content higher first (65.98 mg GAE/g Extract). other had less intense effects. conclusion, influenced some characteristics oil, greatest influencers BPPVP.

The field experiment was carried out on a private farm in Trębanów, Świętokrzyskie Province, 2020–2022. aim of the study to determine effect selected biopreparations morphological traits plants, size and structure yields, content yield Greek oregano essential oil. Natural biostimulants Stimplex (2 dm3 ha–1), Tecamin Max (1.5 Kendal (1 ha–1) were used study. results demonstrated positive effects foliar application morphological, performance, quality parameters oregano. most effective treatment biostimulant containing extracts Ascophyllum nodosum algae (Stimplex), followed by preparation amino acids (Tecamin Max). They increased plant growth rate, number lateral branches, raw material had also depended age plants varied between years. Higher oil yields obtained from two-year plantations. drought 2022 limited resulted lower yield; nevertheless, herb these conditions..

Biostimulants include a wide array of microorganisms and substances that can exert beneficial effects on plant development growth, often enhancing nutrient uptake improving tolerance against abiotic biotic stress. Depending their composition time application, these products influence physiology directly as growth regulators or indirectly through environmental condition changes in the rhizosphere, such water availability. This review evaluated 48 case studies from 39 papers to summarize biostimulant application fruit tuber yields quality processing tomato potato open field conditions. For potato, PGPR bacteria were main studied biostimulant, whereas low number did not permit us delineate trend. The yield greatly influenced by cultivars composition, method, period, dose. tomato, positive effect marketable was reported 79% studies, for only 47%. Few also data parameters with contrasting results. variability crop response conditions highlights need more comprehensive studies. Such should focus diverse cultivars, deeply understand interaction agronomic management (e.g., irrigation fertilization), evaluate parameters. approach is crucial fully potential limitations applications agriculture, particularly regarding role sustainable production.
