This paper examines the impact of climate-induced drought on sugar crops in Lower Moulouya region, where four large, irrigated plains are found: Trifa Berkane province, and Sabra, Garb, Bouarg Nador province. The study focuses a monitoring period from 2000 to 2024, utilizing statistical analysis industrial variables relation annual rainfall Zaio, Bouarg, Al Aaroui. findings reveal statistically significant correlation between reduction decline beet cultivation one hand, production indicators at SUCRAFOR factory Zaio other. To test these results, NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) was applied track values dense vegetation cover plains, indicative intensive crops. maximum shifted 0.5 2000, 1 2009, then dropped 2016, reached 0.6 2024. Through satellite imagery using this index, crop areas over time observed, decreasing 13,686 hectares 11,341 slightly recovering 11,515 only reach its lowest level 2024 an area 8,057 hectares.

Bacterial leaf blight (BLB) is a destructive disease caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. (Xoo). It has been proven that BLB adversely influences the growth and production of rice, resulting in substantial losses yield. Nanoparticle–antimicrobial compounds possess excellent physicochemical properties, which have generated groundbreaking applications protecting rice against attacks. However, there less research focused on interaction between nanoparticles microbiome leaves, particularly structure function endophytic bacteria, are essential to plant health pathogenesis. Therefore, study explored how Cu-Ag influenced bacteria’s composition functions healthy leaves. The data demonstrated relative abundance beneficial Burkholderiales, Micrococcales, Rhizobiales, increased after introduction leaves rice. examination PAL activity limited spread Xoo Furthermore, community functional prediction may regulate physiological process associated with potential stress resistance growth-promoting communities. This investigation enhance understanding interactions microbiome, can contribute exploration application nanomaterials crop pathogen management.
