Human emotions are within-person factors that function as a stimulus of an individual’s attitude and behaviour, either positively or negatively. From the organisational behaviour spectrum, concern over negative like Counterproductive Work Behaviour (CWB) is more prevalent due to tremendous effects on both employees organisations. Although impact affective states CWB was empirically evident, there insufficient study systematically reviewed literature such association. Hence, present article adopts PRISMA guidelines (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews Meta-Analyses) by integrating multiple research designs investigate emotional experiences-CWB phenomenon. The relevant review selected from two established databases, Scopus Web Science. Based thematic analysis, main themes (i.e., positive affect) emerged predictors at work. Subsequently, sub-themes discrete were discussed part findings. In addition, this comprehensively explained significance CWB. As result, offers valuable insight into body knowledge practical implementation future strategies. key takeaway creating events eliminating expected be beneficial in elevating employees’ well-being, hence reducing occurrence.

Abstract Aim The aim of the study was to assess validity and reliability Citizenship Fatigue Scale in a Turkish context. Method This methodological involved 321 randomly selected nurses from population 650 at public hospital. Data were collected using Nurse Information Form, Scale, Compulsory Behavior Scale. scales' assessed through content construct validity, test-retest reliability, internal consistency, criterion-related item-total score correlations. Results Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) values Bartlett's test Sphericity for found be significant. scale items grouped under single factor, with an eigenvalue greater than 1, accounting 68.41% total variance. It determined that factor loadings ranged 0.624 0.879. A positive significant correlation between citizenship fatigue compulsory (r = 0.654; p 0.000), confirming criterion scale. Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.929, indicating high consistency. Conclusion As result analyses conducted this study, it is valid reliable measurement tool use Türkiye. recommended scales tested on samples different occupational groups further their applicability generalizability. Implications nursing practice policy: Measuring organisational among necessary identify, prevent or reduce factors cause fatigue. provides information area helps managers organisations identify causes nurses. Policy makers should develop implement interventions both individual levels.

Previous research on corporate governance has extensively explored the motives of fraud. However, this paid little attention to employees, real executors fraud, resulting in psychological and behavioral decision-making process employees who commit fraud enterprises becoming a “black box” that not yet been opened. Based theory planned behavior, our study integrates existing findings driving factors employee anti-fraud practical experience, extracts key motive, develops multidimensional scale motive. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) generates three subscales, comprising 14 items, measuring attitude, subjective norm perceived control confirmatory (CFA) supports reliability, discriminant validity convergent new scale. multiple regression results show score motive is positively correlated with amount occurrence, indicating predictive holds. Overall, developed displays good reliability validity, worth spreading.

Purpose: This study aims to systematically review the literature on counterproductive work behaviour (CWB) understand better role of affective experiences in predicting such behaviour. Theoretical framework: Since CWB can have devastating effects both individuals and organisations, there has been rising concern about issue. Meanwhile, recent studies demonstrated substantial influence CWB. Therefore, it’s common view as immediate causes workplace. However, a lack research examined this relationship. Design/methodology/approach: follows PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews Meta-Analyses) guidelines by integrating multiple designs from 2017 2022 investigate phenomenon experiences-CWB. The relevant was selected two (2) established databases, Scopus Web Science. Findings: Thematic analysis yielded three (3) overarching themes predictors states at work: unpleasant treatment/attitudes others, job stressors, dispositional distribution. Affective that predict were also identified, with primary (broad negative positive affect) seven (7) sub-themes (discrete emotions). Furthermore, major themes, internal external mechanisms, appear be underlying mechanisms relationship between Research, Practical & Social implications: offers valuable insight into state knowledge practical implementation future strategies. Originality/value: may first topic an experience perspective. contributes existing experience-CWB ways. Purpose The study aims to determine the impact of perceptual and attitudinal factors on employees’ counterproductive work behaviour (CWB). emphasises verification direct, indirect, linear non-linear effects several antecedents CWBs. moderating role self-efficacy is also investigated. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 1,215 employees industrial companies in Southern Iraq. used hybrid approach data analysis, based a dual-stage SEM-ANN, i.e. partial least squares structural equation modelling artificial neural network approach. Findings Results indicate that most proposed variables predict CWB abusive supervision perceived organisational politics (POP) positively affect job burnout (JB) through stress. In addition, relationships, JB, POP are important predicting CWB. confirms negative perception environment increases likelihood harmful behaviours organisation can reduce such perception. Originality/value importance current summarised its attempt verify by relying two-step test relationships. This will greatly enhance theories regarding adverse workplace, especially, with fairly large sample size.

In recent years, employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) has become a social hot issue. This benefits their organization or colleagues while violating core ethics. Numerous studies have predominately focused on identifying the antecedents and formation mechanisms of UPB. However, only few effects outcomes Moreover, guilt triggered by behaviors can motivate individuals to adopt pro-social behaviors, but UPB actors are rather limited. Therefore, this study explores underlying relationship between own pro-environmental based conservation resources theory.Through collecting data (N = 319) from Chinese online survey company in different time intervals, theoretical model was tested application Amos 27.0 SPSS 25.0 for analysis data. The CFA, descriptive analysis, hierarchical regression were illustrated article. This demonstrated that, through emotions guilt, is negatively correlated with environmental protection act. While being examined, moral identity plays mediating role, which moderate indirect guilt. The purpose research identify influence that contribute behavior. Drawing upon conservation of resources and social bonding theories, the present study examined associations between job embeddedness employee work behaviors (altruism organizational deviance) by exploring moderating role leader-member exchange (LMX) in these associations. Using a cross-sectional research design, data were collected from sample 637 employees Turkey. The analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, bootstrapping. findings indicated that was positively related to altruism while negatively deviance. This also provided support for LMX embeddedness-altruism embeddedness-organizational deviance relationships. More specifically, had stronger positive relationship with negative when quality high. These substantiate pivotal focusing on both treatment supervisors organization inculcate desirable workplace performance motivation. implications are discussed as well limitations, directions future provided.
