Human emotions are within-person factors that function as a stimulus of an individual’s attitude and behaviour, either positively or negatively. From the organisational behaviour spectrum, concern over negative like Counterproductive Work Behaviour (CWB) is more prevalent due to tremendous effects on both employees organisations. Although impact affective states CWB was empirically evident, there insufficient study systematically reviewed literature such association. Hence, present article adopts PRISMA guidelines (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews Meta-Analyses) by integrating multiple research designs investigate emotional experiences-CWB phenomenon. The relevant review selected from two established databases, Scopus Web Science. Based thematic analysis, main themes (i.e., positive affect) emerged predictors at work. Subsequently, sub-themes discrete were discussed part findings. In addition, this comprehensively explained significance CWB. As result, offers valuable insight into body knowledge practical implementation future strategies. key takeaway creating events eliminating expected be beneficial in elevating employees’ well-being, hence reducing occurrence.

The current study is rooted in the theory of conservation resources, exploring associations between mental health factors namely stress, anxiety and depression with organizational citizenship behavior counterproductive wok behavior. Data gathered from an Indian automobile sector revealed interconnections variables. It was found that have a positive relationship OCB stress negative CWB. manuscript further evaluates results drawing upon resources as we find striking differences our hypotheses results, opens up new avenues for future research.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarına katılımı sonucunda yaşamış oldukları yorgunluğu ile ilgili olarak kavramsal bir çerçeve sunmaktır. amaçla alan yazında yapılmış olan çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Elde edilen değerlendirildiğinde, yorgunluğunun çeşitli motivasyonlarla (içsel veya dışsal motivasyon) davranışına katılırken süre sonra bu davranışlara katılmada baskısının zorunlu vatandaşlığın rol oynamasıyla kendilerini yıpranmış, yorgun ve gergin hissetmelerini kapsayan durum olduğu dikkat çekmiştir. Ayrıca, çalışanların, çok fazla davranışı sergilemelerinden değil sergilerken kaynaklarına yönelik tehdit algılamalarından kaynaklı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Diğer taraftan çalışmayla birlikte, yorgunluğunu çıkaran birçok faktör hem örgüt de çalışanlar için önemli sayılabilecek olumsuz etkilerinin bulunduğu görülmüştür. Dolayısıyla makale etkileyen faktörleri, aracı mekanizmaları sonuç değişkenlerini koyması açısından görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak, makalenin yapısı dolayısı yeni konuyla daha ampirik çalışmaların yapılabilmesine yol açabileceği, ayrıca var olumlu anlayışın yeniden gözden geçirilmesine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

This article presents a systematic literature review on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).Organizational (OCB) is contribution from individuals who go beyond their workplace roles what assigned & rewarded.This aims to analyze 12 international journals variables are the consequence of (OCB).The results found 10 that OCB, including: creativity, efficiency performance, work positive emotion, well-being, turnover intention, deviance, and performance.Eight these categorized by author as consequences.While other two negative emotions (stress burnout), fatigue.Both consequences.
