In the digital era, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has arisen as a revolutionary influence with potential to transform multiple spheres of human life. Chatbots, particularly OpenAI's Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), are increasingly recognised promising tools in diverse aspects, including mental health. This study delves into ChatGPT's effectiveness an emotional resilience support tool specifically for Generation Z (Gen Z), demographic deeply engaged interactions. Abstract Aim Medical students and foundation year (junior) doctors often use maladaptive coping strategies, such as excessive energy drink (ED) coffee consumption. This study analyzed these consumption patterns, considering the impact of exam periods, medical school progression, graduation status, anxiety levels. Subject methods Online questionnaires were administered to at University Malta junior national hospital in 2015 (phase 1, P1) 2024 2, P2). The data statistically analyzed; supplementary qualitative juxtaposed with core quantitative component generate meta-inferences (QUAN + qual). Results Five hundred thirty-four participants included, comprising 361 173 doctors. P2 consumed more EDs than P1 during periods initiated consuming older ages P1. Commonest reasons for mixing alcohol, staying awake, studying/working. In P1, men women; this gender disparity was not significant P2. This study examines the effects of COVID-19-related measures on mathematics achievement university students in social sciences Slovenia. Our particular concern was to compare two student populations (pre-pandemic and pandemic) terms factors affecting performance courses. Data were collected over nine consecutive academic years (from 2013–2014 2020–2021) analyzed using two-stage structural equation modelling (SEM). The analyses confirmed that conceptual model developed before pandemic applicable during period. For both pandemic), confidence, perceived level math anxiety, background knowledge from secondary school, self-engagement courses at as influencing achievement.
