The Covid-19 pandemic continues to cause serious physical and mental problems for health professionals, particularly nurses.To estimate the prevalence of anxiety insomnia evaluate their possible association with family support received by nurses two years after onset pandemic.In total, study participants were 404 (335 females 69 males) a mean age 42.88 (SD = 10.9) 17.96 12) working as nurses. Nurses from five tertiary hospitals in Athens constituted population who completed questionnaires State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Insomnia Scale (AIS) Family Support (FSS), months November December 2021. The pandemic has drastically impacted lifestyles, including the frequency, duration, and intensity of physical activity, which, in turn, leads to negative effects on job burnout among healthcare workers.This study evaluated association between level activity a sample health professionals during emergency.In this cross-sectional study, 300 workers working public hospital, located city Rioja, Department San Martin, Peru, were considered. Data collected through an online face-to-face survey. Job was assessed using validated questionnaire adapted Peruvian population based single item. Resilience pertains to an individual’s ability withstand, adapt, and recuperate from adversity stress. As the world grapples with unprecedented challenges such as COVID-19 pandemic, understanding relationship between resilience psychological well-being becomes essential. Preliminary observations suggest that those a higher tend have better well-being, indicating possible symbiotic two. This study was structured using cross-sectional survey design. A convenience sampling technique employed, including 631 respondents in South Africa. Data collection took place June 11 July 9, 2022, facilitated through Google Forms questionnaire. questionnaire encompassed various instruments, namely biographical questionnaire, CD-RISC 10, WHO Well-being Index, FACIT-Sp-12, PMHS. Abstract Research regarding workers’ well-being over time during COVID-19 has primarily used variable-centered approaches (e.g., ANOVA) to explore changes in negative well-being. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many disruptions to individuals’ everyday lives and caused wide-ranging, drastic effects on their well-being, mental health, physical health. This study sought validate the Dark Future Scale (DFS) examine its reliability validity in Turkish. present also examined relationship between fear of COVID-19, dark future anxiety, resilience during Turkey. Four hundred eighty-nine Turkish athletes (mean age = 23.08 ± 6.64) completed measures fear, resilience, demographic information. Exploratory confirmatory factor analyses revealed that DFS had a one-factor solution with good reliability. Fear significantly predicted anxiety. Furthermore, anxiety mediated effect findings have important implications for improving health developing resiliency public crises such as pandemic.

ABSTRACT Background Health care workers (HCW) with post‐COVID condition (PCC) are frequently reported to suffer from mental health impairment. Introduction: This study developed a moderate mediation model to investigate the associations among attention negative information, lifestyle behavior, social support, and cyberchondria (CYB). Objectives Despite the growing recognition of mental health challenges among workers, limited information regarding their self-identification common symptoms (CMSs) and perceptions causal pathways to work-related psychosocial stressors exists. This study aimed explore how workers recognise CMSs, perceive exposure stressors, conceptualise pathways, evaluate impact these on professional quality life (PQoL), employ coping strategies encounter barriers mitigating seeking support. Design settings Our employed an interpretive descriptive phenomenological approach, informed by theoretical frameworks. We conducted focus group discussions (FGDs) in-depth interviews (IDIs) with purposely selected between January February 2023. Interviews were audio recorded, transcribed translated into English. Data was processed analysed using MAXQDA 2020 software, thematic findings supported illustrative participants’ quotations. Participants The included 34 who participated in 10 IDIs three FGDs. Results Five themes emerged from study, guided combined frameworks: (1) conceptualisation occupational stress, anxiety depression symptoms; (2) stressors; (3) perceived PQoL; (4) experiences strategies; (5) Accordingly, our revealed a low CMSs (SICMSs), increased perception link negative PQoL, use adaptive presence multiple effective support-seeking practices across respective themes. Conclusions this highlight need for targeted interventions, including updated training addressing resource-related improving workplace communication conflict resolution, enacting policy reforms ensure equitable compensation promoting enhance workers’ well-being PQoL.
