The
Covid-19
pandemic
continues
to
cause
serious
physical
and
mental
problems
for
health
professionals,
particularly
nurses.To
estimate
the
prevalence
of
anxiety
insomnia
evaluate

association

nurses

Objectives
Despite
the
growing
recognition
of
mental
health
challenges
among
workers,
limited
information
regarding
their
self-identification
common
symptoms
(CMSs)
and
perceptions
causal
pathways
to
work-related
psychosocial
stressors
exists.
This
study
aimed
explore
how
workers
recognise
CMSs,
perceive
exposure
stressors,
conceptualise
pathways,
evaluate
impact
these
on
professional
quality
life
(PQoL),
employ
coping
strategies
encounter
barriers
mitigating
seeking
support.
Design
settings
Our
employed
an
interpretive
descriptive
phenomenological
approach,
informed
by
theoretical
frameworks.
We
conducted
focus
group
discussions
(FGDs)
in-depth
interviews
(IDIs)
with
purposely
selected
between
January
February
2023.
Interviews
were
audio
recorded,
transcribed
translated
into
English.
Data
was
processed
analysed
using
MAXQDA
2020
software,
thematic
findings
supported
illustrative
participants’
quotations.

participated
in
10
IDIs
three
FGDs.
Results
Five
themes
emerged
from
study,
guided
combined
frameworks:

conceptualisation
occupational
stress,
anxiety
depression
symptoms;

stressors;
(3)
perceived
PQoL;

experiences
strategies;
(5)
Accordingly,
our
revealed
a
low
CMSs
(SICMSs),
increased
perception
link
negative
PQoL,
use
adaptive
presence
multiple
effective
support-seeking
practices
across
respective
themes.
Conclusions
this
highlight
need
for
targeted
interventions,
including
updated
training
addressing
resource-related
improving
workplace
communication
conflict
resolution,
enacting
policy
reforms
ensure
equitable
compensation
promoting
enhance
workers’
well-being

advocate
more
robust
