Abstract Background This study investigated the prevalence of post COVID‐19 condition (PCC) in Taiwanese children, explored common symptoms and behavioral manifestations children with PCC, examined potential associations parental stress family functioning. Methods A total 116 who had contracted their parents participated. At 1 month after confirmed infection (baseline), were asked to complete a questionnaire about symptoms, child behavior checklist (CBCL) based on child's situation, also impact event scale (IES‐C) APGAR parents' own situation. Three months infection, again same questionnaires as they did at baseline. Results showed that 44.8% met criteria for most being sputum/nasal congestion, tiredness decreased concentration. Children without PCC exhibited significant decrease CBCL scores during 2‐month follow‐up, while no such was observed PCC.
