The present study aims to the impact of music preferences on anger levels amongst undergraduate and postgraduate students. A survey was administered online (via Google Forms) offline a sample 210 individuals using convenience snowball sampling methods. Two tools were utilised in questionnaire - Music Preference Scale developed by Upadhyay colleagues Behavioural Anger Response Questionnaire. responses computed form respective subscales dimensions each scale. recorded readings under five Intense Electrical, Devotional Cultural, Emotional Melodious, Reflective Spiritual, Contemporary Rhythmic. Questionnaire assesses across 6 domains Direct Ager Out, Rumination, Social Support Seeking, Diffusion, Assertion Avoidance. Data analysed descriptive statistics analyse demographics sample; T-test test significance collected data, Pearsons’ Correlation analysis has been conducted relationship between two variables. According results study, there is no significant difference expressed males females, or post- graduate Males & females seemed listen same level Electronic, Rhythmic, Spiritual music. Females found more Cultural Melodious Qualitative shows preference for genres post-graduate To conclude, have negligible levels.

In the area of dental healthcare services, where patients and professionals deal with multiple auditory stimuli, this cross-sectional study reports on various dynamics sound preferences, noise obstacles, profound impact music anxiety reduction within office settings. The sample comprises 134 patients, primarily females (56.7%), varying age groups, education levels, therapy durations in university clinics Department Dentistry, National Kapodistrian University Athens, four private offices at metropolitan Greece. Notably, 92.5% participants reported no hearing loss, 56.7% exhibited some level sensitivity. This reveals a moderate to good perceived health status (M = 3.84, SD 0.95) among participants, low disturbance clinics. Preferences for instrumental music, foreign pop, classical are prominent during waiting times. Potential irritations include impersonal treatment (44%) staff behavior (41.8%). Correlations predictors indicate associations between age, gender, educational status, disturbances. Findings aim optimize eco-soundscapes offices, contributing enhanced patient well-being. research underscores potential interventions alleviate improve overall experience quality care.

Abstract Positive mental health (PMH) has been shown to be of great importance adaptive functioning. The aim this article is review the literature on PMH as assessed with PMH-Scale. A search identified 85 articles that were published between 2007 and 2023 focus seven thematic areas: (1) psychometric studies; (2) sociodemographic factors; (3) disorders; (4) suicidality; (5) coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19); (6) influencing (7) treatment. findings support predictive power regarding cross-cultural course psychopathology/mental disorders well health-related behavior healthy development.
