The existing literature has revealed many issues related to Ph.D. students' wellbeing, such as anxiety and stress, which are likely cause student attrition or dropout. As one of the key coping strategies against psychological burnout, resilience received increasing attention among various teacher groups. However, it still lacks a systematic understanding students, in particular overseas students. This article explores doctoral through narrative inquiry into resilience-building process language linguistics, Hongxia, United Kingdom. Teaching satisfaction and resilience play important roles in the education field, but most research focuses on higher education, with few scholars studying their impact language teaching within context of middle school education. In this sense, study employs a mixed-methods design, selecting 375 Chinese English teachers to investigate relationship between self-efficacy teachers' well-being. A structural equation modeling approach NVivo were utilized analyze quantitative data qualitative data, respectively. Quantitative results reveal that both mediate Qualitative interviews primarily enhances job commitment, reduces stress, improves student relationships, increases professional growth. Resilience and flow are crucial in language education, yet most research focuses on formal learning environments, with limited studies their impact informal settings. This study explores the relationship between basic psychological needs engagement context of digital English (IDLE). Using a mixed-methods design, data were collected from 512 Chinese EFL learners. Structural equation modeling NVivo analysis applied to quantitative qualitative data, respectively. The findings reveal that resilience fully mediates engagement, serving as an adaptability enhancer, persistence promoter, stress buffer, self-efficacy builder, emotional regulation facilitator. Conversely, partially this relationship, though perceived competence does not significantly predict context. Building this, contributes intrinsic motivation driver, positive cycle creator, external pressure mitigator, efficiency enhancer. underscores important role IDLE among university students. By highlighting these mediating roles, provides valuable insights for enhancing effectiveness experiences, contributing broader discourse education age.

Because of the exacting nature teaching, identifying factors affecting teachers’ mental health and psychological wellbeing are paramount importance. Parallel with this line inquiry, goal project was to test a model based on teacher self-efficacy emotion regulation in an EFL context. To end, 276 Iranian English teachers participated survey. First, measurement models for three latent constructs were verified through performing Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Then Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used hypothesized model. SEM outcomes evince that both significant predictors wellbeing, being stronger correlate than regulation. The findings offer implications as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers.

Teachers’ ability to manage stress and daily challenges is crucial their professional development well-being. By examining how Chilean elementary school teachers perceive the growth in resilient behavior, this study seeks determine predominant factors that foster resilience these individuals. Uncovering English as a foreign language teacher resilience: a structural equation modeling approach DOI

Abstract While teacher resilience has gained wide currency in the general education field, empirical research on language is still insufficient, especially with regard to exploration of its inner structure. Against this backdrop, study utilized a quantitative approach investigate structure English as foreign (EFL) resilience. An adapted Chinese version Multidimensional Teachers’ Resilience Scale (MTRS) was completed by 539 junior high school EFL teachers. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses provided an acceptable fit for 13-item MTRS identified tri-factorial concerning professional competence, sociability, grit.
