The
existing
literature

attention

teacher

lacks
a
systematic
understanding

Abstract
While
teacher
resilience,
as
a
multidimensional
construct,
has
been
increasingly
focused
in
recent
years,
there
is
still
dearth
of
exploration
into
the
inner
structure
resilience
with

characteristics

teachers.

this
gap,
current
study
developed
scale
and
assessed
it
among
3992
Chinese
high
school
English
foreign
(EFL)
The
exploratory
confirmatory
factor
analyses

Abstract
This
study
investigated
the
effect
of
using
Stoodle
software
program
on
Iranian
EFL
teachers’
autonomy,
creativity,
and
work
engagement
in
light
teaching
experience
gender.

Due
to
the
COVID-19
pandemic,
online
teaching
became
a
significant
method
at

Abstract
Teacher
education
research
has
recognised
the

resilience.

development
language
teacher-researchers
