The existing literature has revealed many issues related to Ph.D. students' wellbeing, such as anxiety and stress, which are likely cause student attrition or dropout. As one of the key coping strategies against psychological burnout, resilience received increasing attention among various teacher groups. However, it still lacks a systematic understanding students, in particular overseas students. This article explores doctoral through narrative inquiry into resilience-building process language linguistics, Hongxia, United Kingdom. Abstract This study investigated the effect of using Stoodle software program on Iranian EFL teachers’ autonomy, creativity, and work engagement in light teaching experience gender. The aim of the proposed study is to present partial results research activities focused on vocational school teachers’ resilience realized within grant project IGA003DTI/2022. aims examine existence associations between teacher and years teaching experience. sample consisted 474 teachers in Slovakia. level their was measured by Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale CD-RISC-25SLOVAK. scale measures seven dimensions—Hardiness, Coping, Adaptability/Flexibility, Meaningfulness/Purpose, Optimism, Regulation emotion cognition, Self-Efficacy. findings confirmed experience as novice with ten or fewer achieved lower scores than more experienced colleagues. Although we are aware limits given size composition sample, suggest that can be considered an important variable from aspect it pay increased attention especially well-being building resilience, e.g., providing guidance through developing effective coping strategies. The concept of resilience, identified as a crucial variable due to its association with several beneficial outcomes in adulthood, is particular interest the teaching field. This study sought analyze psychometric properties SV-RES60 Resilience Scale sample Chilean elementary school from first eighth grade (N = 1406; mean age 41.4; SD 10.8). ESEM bifactor analyses were performed evaluate factor structure, internal consistency, reliability. results supported structure which was represented by one general latent twelve specific factors (RMSEA 0.032; 90%CI [0.030, 0.033]; SRMR 0.012; CFI 0.986; TLI 0.977). A predominance unidimensional components (general factor, ECV 0.812; ωh 0.975) high reliability (α 0.981; ω 0.991) observed. In conclusion, suitable instrument for measuring investigated environment.
