This purpose of this study is to examine the underline mechanism (i.e. green employee empowerment (GEE)) between relationship human resource management (GHRM) and knowledge sharing (GKS) employees. This study aims to explore the pivotal role of green inclusive leadership (GIL) in driving sustainability efforts hotel industry, guided by social exchange theory (SET). Purpose In the contemporary globalized era, where conscientious and inclusive leadership (IL) are increasingly valued, cultivating altruistic prosocial tendencies (APT) among future leaders becomes critical. However, a significant gap persists in understanding optimal approach for assisting young with commendable social sensitivity. To enhance competitiveness, numerous organizations have introduced control and penalty systems to manage employee work errors. However, these often backfired, negatively impacting employees' emotions behaviors. Recognizing the critical role of leadership in error management, this study examines how leaders' tolerance their followers' mistakes influences engagement, drawing on Affective Events Theory (AET). Analyzing data from 435 front-line public health service staff, investigates relationship between leader engagement. Innovation is an essential factor for the survival, growth and competitive advantage of companies health services. Background: Primary nurses hesitated to communicate directly with leaders about safety concerns due apprehension confrontation, fear of blame, and their undervalued opinions. Affective leadership’s impact on voice behaviors was characterized by top–down impression management an absence upward management.
