Green finance (GF) is a vital strategy implemented by China to minimize carbon emissions achieve targets of peak and neutrality. Abstract This paper studies sustainable development and its driving force—the linkage between financial inclusion, green finance growth in 14 low countries (LFDCs) 11 high (HFDCs) from 2005 to 2019. The transition to a low-carbon economy is key challenge for Eastern Europe, where economic growth, energy investments, and emission reduction policies interact in complex ways. This study employs spatial econometric approach assess the effectiveness of renewable investments government environmental spending mitigating CO2 emissions across region. Using panel data Durbin models (SDMs), we identify significant spillover effects reduction, revealing those one country influence neighboring regions. results indicate that have positive but localized impact on whereas expenditure exhibits diminishing returns beyond threshold 0.01 GDP.
