In an era where digital transformation (DGT) is pivotal for organizational resilience and competitiveness, integrating sustainability into the digitalization process has emerged as a strategic imperative. By employing resource-based view (RBV) dynamic capability theory (DCT), this study delves micro-foundations of DGT in medium- large-sized enterprises, highlighting synergistic role managerial literacy fostering through mediation readiness moderation top management team (TMT). To fulfill objectives study, data were collected cross-sectional mail survey, yielding responses from 235 senior mid-level managers across firms various industries within Turkey. Results have confirmed that significantly enhances readiness, laying groundwork successful initiatives. This research has two goals. First, map the on entrepreneurship education for non-business students. Second, propose a synergetic framework existing focusing relationship between students, universities, and entrepreneurial ecosystem. E-learning has recently gained considerable interest among stakeholders, including educators, students, and policymakers. During the pandemic, organized online learning is critical to an effective e-learning system because it helps both teaching learning. Thus, current study intends explore factors contributing e-learners’ satisfaction during COVID-19 pandemic. A questionnaire survey was conducted gather data from 650 university students selected through convenience sampling. The were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). essential boosting e-learner identified confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Frequency distribution percentages used identify demographic characteristics of respondents, a reliability test internal consistency data. This employed structural equation modeling (SEM) trace relationship between six independent variables satisfaction. Regression results revealed that psychological factors, educational materials design, access technological devices, instructor attributes, perceptions expectations significantly influence However, students’ engagement had no significant on same. This study is entitled Technological Skills and Readiness of the Students On Utilization Digital Application. The respondents were composed fifty-five (55) Grade 10 students in Liceo De Los Banos. quantitative method research was used to find out technological skills level readiness utilization Applications. main instrument this a questionnaire that disseminated through Google Forms. As responses converted into data, mean, Pearson r correlation tests for statistical treatment. analysis coefficient, it found there no significant relationship between digital application. use technical instruments, such as computers, tablets, internet, enhance learning teaching referred technology integration education. Students' preparedness using applications also greatly influenced by their access technology, motivation, self-regulation abilities, style, social presence, teacher assistance, caliber online course content.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the evolving landscape e-learning, which has become a transformative educational approach accelerated by technological advancements and global impact COVID-19 pandemic. It aims explore adoption e-learning across diverse settings, focusing on its effectiveness, quality potential challenges. Furthermore, research delves into often-overlooked role psychological resources capabilities, particularly Psychological Capital (PsyCap), in enhancing academic performance among university students engaged e-learning. By investigating influence their intersection with seeks contribute deeper understanding factors that shape successful experiences achievement. Design/methodology/approach In methodology, data was collected from an institution, focus various computer science semesters ensure comprehensive representation. To minimize standard method bias, random sampling technique employed, collection conducted support locally hired associates. Participant confidentiality anonymity were carefully preserved, ethical approval obtained. began demographic assessment PsyCap dimensions. Most measurements self-reported, except for GPA, retrieved institute directly. initially involved 468 students, but only 213 provided complete responses, resulting 46% response rate.
