Translanguaging and positive psychology represent two contemporary transformative conceptual frameworks. While the former in line with crosslinguistic translanguaging theory underscores intrinsic dynamic interplay of languages process constructing meaning, accentuates affective dimension language acquisition, often predominantly construed through a cognitive lens. This study is situated at confluence these constructs, aiming to probe differential impact pedagogical approaches – English-only instruction on foreign enjoyment (FLE) experienced by Turkish high school students. The introduced FLE scale tailored context cohort 130 students, comprising 70 tenth-grade 60 eleventh-grade participants, categorised into proficiency levels, namely elementary intermediate. Undergraduate students in English Medium Instruction settings encounter linguistic, psychological, and social challenges that impede motivation for language learning. While previous research has explored exposure teacher creativity independently, their combined influence remains understudied. This study examined the levels of exposure, creativity, motivation, alongside interrelationships, using survey data from 304 undergraduate Davao del Sur. Results revealed moderate (M = 3.49, SD 0.708), with highest media use (e.g., watching movies, M 4.20, 0.935) lowest at home 2.29, 0.734). Teacher was rated high overall 3.88, 0.784), particularly fostering through feedback 4.07, 0.923). Motivation predominantly instrumental, career-related goals 4.53, 0.808). Regression analysis demonstrated significantly predicted (β 0.593, p < 0.001). In contrast, correlated weakly (r 0.326, 0.001) lacked predictive power 0.077, 0.120). ABSTRACT The current study used moderated mediation models to investigate the direct and indirect effects of Foreign Language Enjoyment (FLE), Classroom Anxiety (FLCA), Peace Mind (FLPOM), Boredom (FLB), as well moderating skill level, academic achievement, age on Attitude/Motivation 502 Moroccan English learners aged between 14 60 years old. FLE FLPOM were found have a positive effect attitude/motivation while FLCA FLB negative predictors. moderation analysis revealed that four emotions Attitudes/Motivation partially by level achievement. Moderated analyses showed affected relationships FLE, FLPOM, (but not FLB) Attitudes/Motivation. We conclude FL learners’ emotions, form highly dynamic system where variables interact differently according participants.
