Teachers’ digital competence is key to preparing students for the age. It not only computer skills, but also creation of interactive learning, assessment and collaboration. The aim study was assess level information communication vocational teachers. A comparative analysis tools assessing teachers’ media literacy made. An overview global national trends in development teachers, as well implementation programmes, provided. Attention paid role teacher a facilitator, problems network security use artificial intelligence (AI) education. According results, among teachers varied: 43.3% have high level, 50% an average 6.7% low level. main identified were insufficient knowledge specialized software, lack systematic training technical support, motivation due workload stress. As part programme improve competence, need introduce compulsory courses literacy, provide necessary equipment reduce monitor successful international experience, such regular trainings, online courses, practical classes, project work, support mentoring programmes; create communities sharing experiences reward system motivate teachers; organize effective feedback; develop mentoring. these recommendations intended help enhance quality findings can be used by management educational institutions implement programmes which will process prepare requirements modern society. This study explores green work engagement in response to the global demand for sustainability businesses and shift toward green-oriented agendas. Specifically, this aims examine how (GWE) is affected by artificial intelligence awareness (AIA) through job stress (JS) as a mediator. It also moderating roles of technological self-efficacy (TSE) AIA→JS relationship trust leadership (TIL) GWE→JS relationship. A PLS-SEM analysis was conducted on 392 valid replies from full-time employees five-star hotels Egypt using WarpPLS 7.0. The findings indicated that negatively affects employees’ positively (JS). In addition, GWE JS. Moreover, TSE moderates relationship, while TIL JS→GWE found significant mediating effect JS AIA→GWE enhances research AIA’s impact GWE, addressing gap existing empirical studies between these elements hotels. Overall, has potential be valuable contribution growing field sustainable business practices.
