Abstract Background An increasing number of studies have documented the effectiveness on various types face-to-face and online mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) in reducing anxiety among general population, but there is a scarcity systematic reviews evaluating evidence MBIs adults. Background Integrating mindfulness practices and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into teacher education can significantly enhance educators’ wellbeing, resilience, effectiveness. However, the cultural specificity of such interventions, particularly in Chinese educational context, requires careful adaptation examination. Objective This study aims to design, implement, evaluate a culturally adapted MBSEL curriculum for pre-service teachers. It investigates program’s effectiveness improving mindfulness, self-compassion, life satisfaction, contributing literature on integrating SEL within specific setting. Psychological health is a prominent social issue worldwide and in China. Background: To determine whether online mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) help improve the physical and mental health of cancer patients, we conducted a systematic review meta-analysis relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Methods: We searched PubMed, Web Science, Scopus, Embase, Cochrane, Medline, CINAHL databases for RCTs published up to April 31, 2023. Two reviewers selected critically appraised extracted data. Fourteen met inclusion criteria. Results: A total 14 with 1316 participants were part this meta-analysis. The results showed that MBI was effective in improving anxiety level (standardized mean difference [SMD] = −0.30, 95% confidence interval [CI] (−0.59, −0.01), P .04), stress [SMD −0.65, CI (−1.23, −0.07), .03], quality life 0.33, (0.17, 0.50), < .0001], sleep −0.38, (−0.65, −0.10), .007], fatigue severity [weighted (WMD) −3.81, (−6.11, −1.51), .001] patients.
