Abstract
Digital
transformation
(DT)
is
a
crucial
strategic
initiative
for
organizations
to
rectify
output,
adapt,
and
keep
up
with
the
digital
economy.
Dynamic
capability
(DC)
widely‐used
model
managing
opportunities
risks
from
transformation.
However,
there
lack
of
research
examining
measurement
relationship
between
primary
activities
dynamic
DT,
especially
within
banking
sector.
Acknowledging
importance
DC,
we
propose
this

emphasizes
significance
sensing,
seizing,
transforming
aptitudes
in
promoting
DT

performance.
