Parent-child attachment, perceived parental rejection, and autonomy support among Chinese adolescents DOI Open Access

This study examined the relationships between parent-child attachment, perceived parental rejection, and autonomy support in family education.It aimed to describe respondents' profiles by sex, age, only child status, educational attainment, place of origin, education levels.The used a quantitative descriptive design with 385 Chinese youths as participants.Results indicated that most respondents were females, children, aged 25 39, college graduates, residing towns, parents who completed vocational courses.Respondents generally viewed their mothers competent, trusting, accepting, though they occasionally wished for different mother or felt expressing emotions was futile.Mothers often seen loving supportive, but reported some embarrassment from behavior being scolded publicly.Respondents allowing significant decision-making valuing opinions.Demographic factors did not significantly affect perceptions attachment autonomy, influence parenting style.Significant correlations found style, style.A program designed proposed implementation address improve these aspects dynamics.Researchers may account gender bias, explore perspectives younger age groups, assess impact diverse backgrounds on research generalizability. Family counselors therapists focus open communication, emotional expression,and strategies addressing conflicts, while educators, policymakers, community leaders foster supportive environments equitable access education.

Objective: The purpose of the study is to assess parents’ experiences and associate demographic characteristics parents children with temper tantrum behavior preschool children. Methods: A descriptive survey approach was used conduct this study. non-probability purposive sampling technique adopted recruit 121 aged between 3-6 years visiting a selected tertiary care hospital in India. All completed experience tan- trums children’s questionnaire. analysis results carried out on IBM SPSS Software version 23.0. Results: moderate level tantrums showed mother’s age, education, occupation, marital status, program attendance, medical mental illness family, whereas family’s monthly income above 50,000 indicated severe tantrums, half ex- perienced get attention their parents, hungry tired. most frequently reported throwing things hitting siblings, occurred public places vehicles. majority strategies distract child’s by helping child talk about causes anger. significant association found status (x2 = 15.340, p 0.002) awareness attended regarding 4.491, 0.034). Conclusion: As peak toddler age group, present that parental involvement necessity manage preschoolers as well. main parent’s control were distraction helped them tantrum. Therefore, emphasizes family members.

Abstract Quality‐oriented education under the guidance of ‘Double Reduction’ policy aims to ensure all children grow in an all‐around way with different backgrounds. However, many left‐behind (LBC) whose parents work away cities have a greater tendency toward academic and mental problems compared non‐left‐behind children. Teachers are important adults lives LBC who spend much time staying each other. This study draws from interviews 16 rural primary secondary school teachers. Guided by social support theory, this qualitative research highlighted importance teacher on children's learning adjustment through networks. It argued that strategic teachers targets individuals' difficulties environment emotional support, material information companionship. Under policy, adopted tiered instruction offered after‐school services meet needs LBC. Finally, result revealed help change their attitudes, thereby promoting self‐learning ability.
