Abstract Background While evidence consistently demonstrates that physical activity is beneficial to mental health, it remains relatively unknown how benefits and which factors influence the effect of on health. This understanding could vastly increase our capacity design, recommend, prescribe in more optimal ways. The purpose this study was systematically review synthesise all mediators moderators relationship between Methods Systematic searches four databases (i.e., Scopus, PsycINFO, PubMed, SPORTDiscus) identified 11,633 initial studies. Objective As the academic pressure, employment competition and mental health problems faced by college students are becoming more prominent, paying attention to improving quality of life well-being has become an important issue widespread concern in all walks life. This study focuses on correlation between physical activity students’ satisfaction. Methods A cross-sectional survey method was applied 326 students, using Physical Activity Rating Scale, Psychological Resilience Depression-Anxiety-Stress Life Satisfaction Scale. For data analysis, demographic analysis variance, chain mediating effect test were conducted sequentially. Results There significant differences psychological resilience, negative emotions, satisfaction gender, resilience grade level; there correlations among ( r = 0.541, p < 0.001; −0.379, 0.435, 0.001); emotions had effects satisfaction, where significantly stronger than both. Conclusion a this relationship partially mediated emotions.

Colleges and universities are currently facing the major public health issue of poor sleep quality. Sleep quality must be taken seriously to maintain students' emotional physical well-being. Thus, this study sought determine how university levels activity related their sleep, as well explore mechanisms via which affects provide suggestions for improving it. A total 883 students from Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China participated in study. Their activity, quality, ruminative thinking levels, depression were assessed using various questionnaires. Through mediating effects rumination chain-mediated these two factors, exercise changed sleep. University can improved by increasing decreasing levels.

Introduction This study explores the role of physical activity, exercise attitude, and sleep quality in college students’ happiness, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving mental health. Methods The employed whole group sampling method, utilizing activity level scale, attitude happiness scale. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 1,308 students from four universities China. Results analysis yielded three key findings: (1) Physical significantly improves this improvement can be achieved through direct indirect effects. Following the COVID-19 outbreak, smartphone usage among quarantined Chinese college students surged significantly, leading to a growing dependency on their devices and adversely impacting emotional well-being. Consequently, negative emotions associated with addiction have emerged as critical factors influencing students' life satisfaction. However, psychological mechanisms linking these effects satisfaction, well potential sustainable educational interventions, remain insufficiently explored. This study assessed sample of 322 undergraduates (51.6% male) using Mobile Phone Addiction Index (MPAI), Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS-21), Satisfaction With Life (SWLS) construct mediation model. The aim was examine relationships between addiction, emotions, Results revealed that significantly positively correlated (r = 0.332, p < 0.01), while were negatively satisfaction -0.391, 0.01).
