This
study
investigates
the
relationship
between
self-compassion
and
spiritual
well-being
among
employees
of
educational
institutions
in
Kathmandu
Valley.
A
descriptive
research
design
was
adopted,
utilizing
convenience
sampling
to
collect
cross-sectional
data
from
171
respondents
via
an
online
Google
Form.
Data
analysis
performed
using
correlation
chi-square
tests
SPSS
version
23.
The
results
indicated
that
most
demonstrated
high
levels
well-being,
with
no
significant
differences
across
demographic
factors.
moderate
positive

well-being.
In
terms
self-compassion,
mindfulness
ranked
highest,
followed
by
self-kindness,
common
humanity
ranking
lowest.
Regarding
communal
domain
environmental,
personal,
transcendental
domains,

Abstract
In
recent
years,
the
topic
of
self‐compassion
has
attracted
increasing
attention
in
literature,
yet
little
is
known
about
teachers'
perceptions
their
daily
practice.
This
qualitative
study
adopted
a
phenomenological
approach
to
deepen
understanding
among
this
population.
Thirty‐four
teachers
Israel
aged
25–63
were
interviewed
face‐to‐face
2023,
using
semistructured
interview
guide.
Thematic
content
analysis
revealed
three
main
themes:
(1)
an
life
and
professional
practice—fostering
connection
collaboration;
(2)
evolving
process—accepting
forgiving
oneself;
(3)
training—strengthening
muscle.
The
findings
suggest
that
fostering
can
help
alleviate
occupational
stress
burnout.
Schools
should
provide
resources
promote
collaborative
culture,
implement
mentorship
programs,
incorporate
tools

teacher
training
