The intense use of technology might lead students to technostress. present study intends figure out the technostress experienced by university on educational (ed-tech) used in their academic environment and factors underlying stress. A qualitative approach with a case method was investigate those issues. An open-ended questionnaire administered gather data. 46 5th semester majoring management program one private college Garut, West Java, participated this study. findings revealed that from facets technostress, most do not experience due habitual ed-tech, campus reasonable policy or demand, simplicity university-proposed technology, lecturers' instructions, peer abetment. However, rest participants feel force using which is attributable shortage facilities, absence comprehensive ed-tech guidance, tendency for traditional instruction, students’ insufficient technological competence, matter self-confidence motivation, health concerns. Online learning provides flexibility and convenience to students, however, it also presents various challenges, such as technostress. Technostress is the psychological discomfort or stress experienced by individuals due use of technology, particularly when they cannot cope with its demands. Students’ technostress levels can have a negative impact on their online experiences. Drawing from Community Inquiry (CoI) framework, study investigates moderating instructor university support quality relationship in students. Data were collected 392 students taking one more courses. Rumination, characterized by an individual’s persistent and intense reflection on negative experiences, significantly impacts mental well-being. The main objective of the present study was to examine associations between rumination (reflection brooding) well-being, through a serial mediation analysis that integrates loneliness task-oriented coping as intervening variables. research involved 750 university students, comprising 552 females (73.6%) 198 males (26.4%). The COVID-19 medical emergency has ended worldwide, yet the psychological impact of these years unprecedented changes on students' lives still needs to be deepened. Technostress is the stress experienced by individuals due to use of technology. In today’s digital age, students are increasingly exposed technology, which, with many benefits, can also lead technostress. This harm students’ overall well-being and academic performance. We thus argue that impact technology on should be better understood, perform a systematic literature review (SLR), following guidelines outlined in Okoli’s 8-step procedure. Reviewing articles addressing technostress among students, findings indicate decreased focus concentration, impaired sleep patterns, social isolation, decline mental health. It contribute negative attitude towards hindering ability effectively leverage its potential for learning productivity.
