Abstract: Rapid communication describes the multifaceted impact of COVID-19 pandemic on three stakeholder groups: family caregivers patients, frontline health workers attending to and hospital-discharged patients. This aims provide a nuanced understanding challenges faced by each group their experience during critical period pandemic. Three descriptive qualitative studies were conducted between July 2020 November 2021, using individual in-depth interviews focus discussions. Participants selected purposively. The findings collated in this rapid compare unique perspectives different stakeholders. Thematic analysis led categories Varied realities, Accepting risks, Support , Unexpected positive outcomes . These emphasise need for context-specific dissemination public messages, particularly densely populated urban areas. Policymakers are urged consider diverse groups when formulating response strategies. Overall, study provides valuable insights into intricacies navigating crises, fostering deeper human connections resilience challenging times.
