Purpose: Research on the relationship between cyberbullying victimization and Internet gaming addiction in China is limited, while mechanisms underlying this association remain unclear. Based Self-Determination Theory, study establishes a moderated mediation model to test mediating roles of basic psychological need satisfaction frustration addiction, as well moderating role parental autonomy support effect. Investigating the contribution of mindfulness training to psychological well-being and quality life in university setting is interest. The objective study present a comparative analysis scores variables self-efficacy, resilience, coping strategies, communication skills before after application an intervention program based on mindfulness. An ex post facto cross-sectional design convenience sample participants were adopted. students belonging Education Sciences who benefited from activities program. Adolescence may bring some developmental challenges that affect social-emotional health. However, it is also possible to turn into opportunities. Parental autonomy support, psychological stress, and mental toughness can contribute adolescents having a healthy period. This study examined the mediating role of positive stress in relationship between parental support The included 441 (female 56.46%, male 43.54%) Turkey enrolled high school.
