Background/Objectives: Children’s mental health is an issue of growing global concern, with a significant impact on children’s emotional, social and cognitive development. Abstract Numerous evidence-based programs aim to promote youth mental health. Unfortunately, however, they often fail engage the target group and lack cultural sensitivity. The present study addresses these issues by using a participatory approach look at variations of stressors resources for stress relief among students (12-15 years) in three European countries. Two workshops were conducted schools Austria, Poland Slovenia, with total 81 participating first workshop, 83 second. This presents findings derived from two distinct activities wherein participants reported their (Relevant Topics activity) (Photovoice activity). Overall, revealed remarkable similarities across countries, but differences also identified. Stressors relating interpersonal relationships, school, self-concept common themes. While concerns regarding health, future, global less frequently mentioned, remained persistent all an indication growing relevance amid today’s multiple crises. Animals, sports, relationships emerged as most resources. Creative arts expression, music, calm like reading, spending time nature cited.
