Introduction: AI is booming, and literacy has become a core competency necessary for exceptional talent. Therefore, how to promote national in future education global focus. Thus, this study uses systematic review method explore the definition needs of literacy, frameworks, literature on summarize analyze. The results show that not been standardized, skill people, scope application still be further subdivided, as well model reformed well. only contribute in-depth development theories but also provide insights guidance relevant organizations, establishment sustainable development, which value contribution. Finally, it suggested research should more about fully theory thus enhance skills citizens must possess. Objective: purpose use sort out from 3 aspects: concept, scope, clarify lineage reflect current status research.
