This study focuses on the exploration of path to improve digital ability elderly learning teams, current situation teams in C District S City, and carries out a comprehensive in-depth questionnaire survey, with 1,792 valid questionnaires recovered, 7 interviews recorded relevant cases formed validate results survey. The found that conditions themselves have decisive influence their ability, courses activity experience programs at district level can also effectively teams. suggests further development courses, brands, programs, as well use guided education models stimulate team members' own active motivation radiation influence.
