Women and adolescent girls in flood-prone regions of Bangladesh face significant challenges managing menstrual hygiene, which severely impacts their health, dignity, well-being. This study investigates the socio-cultural, infrastructural, policy barriers to hygiene management (MHM) during floods districts Noakhali, Feni, Barisal, Khulna, Satkhira. Conducted from June October 2024, research employed a purposive sampling approach, with 30 in-depth interviews (IDIs) conducted women directly affected by floods. Additionally, 12 key informant (KIIs) were carried out healthcare workers, NGO representatives, policymakers, alongside field observations temporary shelters relief centers. The findings highlight critical barriers, including lack accessible private sanitation facilities shelters, compounded inadequate supplies products. In absence specialized toilets waste disposal systems for menstruation forces resort unhygienic alternatives such as cloth, leaves, or newspapers, leading increased health risks. Socio-cultural taboos surrounding further restrict access proper materials support, intensifying challenges. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is characterized by persistent difficulties in interpersonal interaction and socialization across many contexts, accompanied restricted recurrent patterns of behaviors, interests, or activities. This narrative review explores the psychosocial challenges faced parents children with ASD Bangladesh coping strategies they use to manage these challenges. A comprehensive search PubMed, PsycINFO, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, CINAHL, Web Science databases was conducted, yielding 75 relevant studies. We used Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses checklist guide us as we extracted tallied data. After applying inclusion exclusion criteria, 15 studies were selected analysis. Findings reveal that Bangladeshi experience significant social stigmatization, exclusion, religious misconceptions, negligence healthcare settings. Many report being marginalized within their families communities, leading high levels psychological distress, including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts. Mothers, particular, are more vulnerable challenges, reporting severe stress depression due societal pressures. Parents also struggle a lack adequate support services professional guidance, especially rural areas. Despite difficulties, employ various strategies, such building peer networks, improving knowledge ASD, practicing spirituality, using problem-focused approaches. The study underscores need improved mental health services, public awareness campaigns reduce stigma, policy initiatives provide better ASD.
