Development-oriented aims enable students acquire long-term and sustainable self-development capacity. However, what extent how promotes student development remains unclear. Identification of the related mechanism can help both educators effectively apply in higher education scenarios. The main objective this study was uncover effect size, pathways, mediating factors on education. Drawing sample 1792 sponsored at University G China applying structural equation modeling method quantitative analysis, results indicate that directly shows positive influences toward indirectly impacts through psychological capital. These also show Han Chinese students’ more than ethnic minority pathways which positively vary.
