The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an unanticipated shift nursing practice to meet the sudden increase demand for pandemic-related care, leaving nurses unable provide acceptable services patients way they were taught and expected do. It put under more stress most of them dissatisfied with their work due excessive burnout.The study determined level burnout among front-line working at Ministry Health Hospitals Najran, Saudi Arabia during pandemic.A total 1594 chosen using a convenience sampling approach. Google Forms used collect data from nurses. stressors questionnaire abbreviated Maslach Burnout Inventory assess nurses.Our reported that majority experienced extreme levels as colleagues became ill; would spread infection family friends; upsetting see dying front them; not knowing when will be control; emotional exhaustion physical fatigue. A vast felt there adequate protective measures; was shortage staff times; nervous scared thought quitting job; quit job if outbreak recur fall sick. Likewise, 41.9% high burnout. significant association found between area nurses.As severe burnout, it is vital design regular programs assist frontline maintaining mental health.

Background: Few individuals have focused on the experience of students during social events, especially among college with anxiety disorder. This study aimed to explore disorder in situations. Methods: qualitative interpretive was conducted who were diagnosed (SAD) and recruited from two colleges Heilongjiang Province, China. A total 7 participants selected by purposive sampling maximum variability. Data collected through semistructured individual interviews, data analysis performed using Colaizzi's 7-step method. In December 2019, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) appeared in Wuhan (Hubei, China) and subsequently swept the globe. addition to risk of infection, there is a strong possibility that post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) may be secondary effect pandemic. Health care workers (HCWs) participating pandemic are highly exposed bear brunt out stressful or traumatic events. this cross-sectional study, we assessed morbidity factors PTSD symptoms among Chinese HCWs. A total 457 HCWs were recruited from March 15, 2020, Mach 22, including Hubei Province (excluding Wuhan), areas first most seriously impacted by COVID-19. The was Event Scale–Revised (IES-R). for explored means logistic regression analysis. Over 40% respondents experienced more than one month after COVID-19 outbreak, proportion increased 57.7% HCWs, especially females on frontline. Thus, rapid mental health assessment effective psychological interventions need developed frontline prevent long-term PTSD-related disabilities. Moreover, Negative coping style neuroticism personality regarded as high symptoms. Improving individual strategies enhance resilience should focus further preventive intervention strategies.

Exposure of nursing students to constant work pressure, stress, and emotional turmoil during both clinical theoretical sessions training often leads academic burnout among them. The aim the study was determine presence undergraduate association with age, gender, year program, residence location, relaxation technique practice.A descriptive survey design used, data were collected from 266 Udupi Taluka, South India. Baseline information through a demographic proforma, Oldenburg Burnout Inventory for Students used assessing burnout. A stratified proportionate sampling select sample. April 2021 May 2021. Descriptive inferential statistics analysis by using Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16.The revealed that most participants had high levels (163, 61.7%), exhaustion (165, 62%), disengagement (173, 65%). Moreover, significantly associated age (χ2= 8.669, P = 0.012) practice 9.263, 0.002). Aim This study aimed to investigate scheduling in COVID-19-designated hospitals, including working hours, rest days, adverse nursing outcomes and their relationship. However, there a lack national, large-sample surveys hospitals. Methods Using cross-sectional online survey, we used nurse-reported data measure characteristics work setting, samples schedule.
