The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic brings many challenges to the daily work of nurses who put their lives and health at risk for general public every day. This causes them be highly stressed work, mental strain, lowers level job satisfaction. aim research was assess stress satisfaction working in infectious diseases wards. Materials methods survey conducted among 169 period from February April 2022. study using diagnostic method, technique a questionnaire survey, tool provided Google Form. differences between qualitative variables were analyzed χ2 test independence. We use independence (non-parametric significance two or more independent samples) whether measured nominal higher comparison groups differ each other. p <0.05. calculations made with SPSS 25 software. COVID-19 pandemic brings many challenges to the daily work of nurses. While carrying out professional tasks for patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 virus, nurses experience tremendous psychological pressure due their workload in a high-risk environment. This causes severe stress and leads occupational burnout. The purpose this study was assess level burnout among surveyed working COVID-19. A total 118 virus participated study. Objective The concept of caring stress and its specific management has received less attention than other dimensions in nurses. Therefore, to clarify the stress, a scoping review study was designed. This aimed investigate among clinical nurses examine strategies used for management. The nursing profession plays a crucial role in the quality of healthcare services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, medical staff were commonly exposed to stress, work under pressure, and long shifts, may have experienced a fear of infecting loved ones or for their own health. All these factors increased likelihood that healthcare workers will experience symptoms depression, anxiety, other mental health disorders. In this cross-sectional study, group respondents was gathered from employees 78 hospitals in Poland. A questionnaire completed electronically by 282 people, aged between 20 years. The study used Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS) MiniCOPE examine anxiety depression symptoms, coping strategies, respectively. With age, declared fewer tended milder depression. Participants with chronic illnesses, mood disorders, disorders also reported higher levels symptoms. This is a qualitative phenomenological study that was designed to navigate through nurses' lived experiences, burdens, and coping strategies while working with COVID-19 patients. The sample included 20 nurses who had worked patients for more than or equal 6 months. interviews were conducted between October 1, 2021, April 15, 2022. At time, the third COVID wave elapsed, we peaking on fourth pandemic wave, so participants minimum of 2 3 peaks.
