Environmental issues are gradually increasing due to increases in carbon emissions, overproduction, plastic use, the burning of fossil fuels, etc. Therefore, ecological sustainability is a primary concern for society and upcoming generation. Considering this, present research objective examine factors influencing employee eco-friendly behavior (EEBH) firm environmental performance (FEP). Cross-sectional data were accumulated from 403 employees working casual dining restaurants China analyzed through partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS–SEM) approaches (i.e., PLS algorithm, bootstrapping, blindfolding, prediction). The findings support significant effect (ENVC) on organizational commitment (EOC), job satisfaction (EJoS), EEBH. In addition, EOC EJoS directly indirectly influence Furthermore, also mediates link between ENVC EJoS. Finally, show that EEBH stimulates performance. By showing links these elements, it has been emphasized precondition good productivity how contributes enhancing overall firm’s health. Background/Objectives: Previous studies conducted in sub-Saharan African countries have concentrated on examining the challenges of nursing training and organizational commitment healthcare professionals, with little attention paid to exploring mechanisms that contribute reducing nurses' job stress. Consequently, present study addresses a significant gap literature by offering an overview factors contributing understanding stress among nurses Angola. This aimed analyze direct indirect relationship between workaholism satisfaction psychological capital mediating this relationship. Methods: Using quantitative methodology cross-sectional design, questionnaire was administered 340 (172 men 168 women). Purpose This paper investigates the linkage between work–family conflict, turnover intention (TOI) and job satisfaction (JS) in context of millennial workers. A society risks experiencing inadequate educational services from higher education institutions if severe shortages of lecturers persist. Addressing such a critical social issue necessitates prioritizing lecturer satisfaction, as it is intrinsically linked to retention, reduced turnover rates, institutional cohesion, well-being, professional teaching development, and enhanced research publication outcomes. The study aims investigate the spillover effects work–family conflict on job-related consequences, specifically stress burnout, which subsequently shape work attitudes with occupational experience examined moderating variable. Data were collected 450 Thai through survey questionnaire, path analysis technique was employed for data analysis. findings revealed that significantly influenced stress, which, in turn, key predictor burnout. Additionally, burnout found impact whereas did not directly influence satisfaction making act mediator between satisfaction. Furthermore, moderated relationship highlighting its role mitigating adverse overall attitudes.

Purpose Principals' well-being worldwide is under increasing threat due to the challenging and complex nature of their work growing demands. This paper aimed at developing validating a multidimensional Principal Well-being Inventory (PWI) examining state consequences principal well-being. Design/methodology/approach involves four independent samples principals working in schools from Hong Kong Mainland China. The research design consisted phases with sequential empirical studies. Phase 1 was establish content validity (literature review Study 1); 2 test construct (Study 3); 3 build criterion (re-use data 3) 4 cross-validity PWI 4). Findings Based on published literature successive studies, 24-item created via theoretical-empirical approach construction. Validity confirmed through construct-, content-, criterion- testing. covers six important dimensions – physical, cognitive, emotional, psychological, social spiritual present general picture principals' occupational associated job nature, literacy, leadership context. Countries worldwide face the challenge of how medical personnel manage conflicts between work and family. Especially after COVID-19 epidemic, it is necessary to explore possible mechanisms work-family conflict, burnout, turnover intention among primary staff.This study aims observe Chinese staff relationship intention.A cross-sectional included a questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS), Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS) understand intention, conflict in four cities (Xuzhou, Linyi, Huaibei, Shangqiu cities) within Huaihai Economic Zone. Spearman correlation analysis hierarchical multiple regression were used examine related factors intention. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was mediating role burnout intention.In this study, there positive (P < 0.01). Demographic characteristics, explained 2.3%, 20.3%, 8.8% incremental variances, respectively. mediated association intention.Burnout can be regarded as mediator two different variables: Improving alleviating may play key reducing willingness resign.
