Hospitals are facing intense competition as a result of worldwide privatization in the healthcare sector. They face multitude obstacles posed by corporate environment. Work-life balance is known to increase employees’ focus at work. However, when there an imbalance, employees feel pressured, which may influence absenteeism. There has been little research on mediating effect job satisfaction relationship between work-life and turnover intentions among nurses Sierra Leone. The study aimed evaluate its role intention Connaught Hospital, Leone relationship. A quantitative approach was employed research. Data collected online via Google Forms total 230 responses were used for analysis. data analyzed using SPSS version 20. Regression analysis conducted test hypothesis. findings revealed partial mediation constructs. Hospital administrators policy-makers should strategies improve nurses, beyond solely addressing concerns. Fair salary, recognition, career development opportunities, supportive work culture all be prioritized nurse minimize intentions.
