Disasters result in damage to public facilities and infrastructure, deaths, significant changes people's daily activities physical mental health. This research aims determine the impact of natural disasters on health among survivors assist researchers providing an understandable comprehensive summary currently available data. Literature review journals with quantitative qualitative criteria, written English published 2018-2023. Journal search databases are Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, using keywords Mental Health, Disaster, Children, Adolescent, Adult, Elderly. The total number related identified based database searches was 104 journals. A 19 were used as study material, consisting 1 journal discussing condition elderly, 2 children, 3 teenagers, 4 children teenagers simultaneously, parents, well 5 conditions adults. disaster (children, adolescents, adults elderly) have potential experience symptoms stress, anxiety depression. Psychological interventions expected target vulnerable groups according demographic characteristics.

The global incidence of infertility is increasing year by year, and the association between mental illness has been widely concerned. aim this study was to investigate anxiety depression in infertile women China explore risk factors which might lead depression. From January 2020 December 2020, female patients who received assisted reproduction technology (ART) treatment at West Second Hospital were recruited a total 1712 eligible finally enrolled study. Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) Patient Health Questionaire-9 (PHQ-9) used evaluate patients' psychological status. reliability all scales evaluated Cronbach's α Spearman-Brown half coefficient, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value calculated factor analysis validity. Univariate multivariate logistic regression applied for assessing independent depression, respectively. 25.2% 31.3%, coefficients half-fold GAD-7 PHQ-9 0.870, 0.825, 0.852 0.793, showed that education level (junior college degree or above, OR:1. 6, 95% CI: 1.2-2.1, P = 0.003), somatic symptoms (severe symptoms, OR:15.2, 95%CI: 5.6-41.3, P<0.001), sleep quality (poor quality, OR:9.3, CI:4.7-18.4, P<0.001) anxiety. Introduction Frontline healthcare workers (FLHCWs) have been persuaded to work this coronavirus disease (COVID) pandemic way in and out but the has not subsided. The persistence of symptoms after COVID infection, especially chest like early fatigue with breathlessness, documented very well. However, FLHCWs repeatedly caught infection working traumatic helpless situations since started. Post-COVID quality life (QOL) sleep are greatly affected, regardless time elapsed discharge or recovery. continuous assessment COVID-infected persons for post-COVID sequelae is an important effective step reduce complications. Materials methods This was a cross-sectional study conducted period one year at R.L. Jalappa Hospital Research Center, Kolar, SNR District Hospital, which were designated care centers. these centers who had contracted least once, more than 18 years less 30 years, experience five irrespective their vaccination status included study. COVID-related health illnesses, needed ICU admission prolonged hospital admission, excluded. To assess QOL, WHO Quality Life Brief Version (WHOQOL-BREF) questionnaire used. sleepiness, Epworth daytime sleepiness scale started institutional ethical committee's clearance obtained. Results A total 201 (HCWs) completed survey. Of participants, 119 (59.2%) male, 107 (53.2%) junior residents, 134 (66.7%) unmarried, 171 (85.1%) said they followed regular shifts. Male HCWs higher scores psychological, social relationship, environmental domains QoL. Consultants all Married physical, relationship Out FLHCWs, 67 (33.3%) moderate excessive sleep, 25 (12.4%) severe sleep. Few factors gender, occupation, duration hospital, shifts statistically significant associated sleepiness. Conclusion present shown that even doses received by HCWs, Qol still impaired among infected younger staff. Acceptable righteous efforts must be made institutions proper policymaking manage such infectious outbreaks future.
