The study is aimed at exploring the influence of affect and personality types among Lebanese women undergoing in vitro fertilisation (IVF) on achieving positive psychological growth. It specifically focused predicting post‐traumatic growth its correlation with negative affect, as well affective type (APT). Employing a cross‐sectional quantitative survey, research involved 106 participants from one fertility centre IVF. participants’ APTs were categorised into “self‐actualising,” “high‐affective,” “low‐affective,” “self‐destructive” based their affect. findings indicated noteworthy between variables such household income, educational level, employment. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis identified significant predictors self‐reported scores. Additionally, highlighted significance self‐actualising high‐APTs conclusion suggested that healthcare professionals should consider infertile patients, to provide effective support facilitate emotional well‐being during infertility treatments.
