Purpose: Social media has become increasingly part of our everyday lives and is influential in shaping the habits, sociability, mental health individuals, particularly among students.This study aimed to examine relationship between changes over time problematic social use outcomes students.We also investigated whether resilience loneliness moderated health.Patients Methods: A total 103 participants completed a baseline virtual visit, 78 followup 4-weeks later.Participants comprehensive set questionnaires measuring symptoms depression anxiety, perceived stress, loneliness, resilience.Results: Our results showed that at was significantly negatively correlated with positively all other outcomes.Furthermore, increases were associated increased depressive visits.Resilience heightened stress.Poor did not predict time.Contrarily use, frequency any measures baseline. Massive changes in many aspects related to social groups of different socioeconomic backgrounds were caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and as a result, overall state mental health was severely affected globally. This study examined how Sri Lankan citizens representing range terms their health. The data used this research gathered from 3,020 households using nationwide face-to-face survey, which processed dataset 921 responses considered for final analysis. Social media has become an integral part of student life, particularly among undergraduates in Southeast Asia. This study investigates the association between intensity social use and mental health outcomes students at Universitas Muslim Indonesia. A cross sectional design was employed with a sample 120 drawn from seven faculties. Data were collected using Bergen Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS) General Health Questionnaire 12 (GHQ 12), analyzed Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, linear regression SPSS version 29. The results revealed significant positive correlation (r = 0.342, p < 0.001) psychological distress. Regression analysis indicated that significantly predicted GHQ scores (β 0.372, 0.001), explaining 11.7% variance outcomes. These findings suggest while serves communicative informational functions, its excessive may adversely affect students' well being. underscores importance self regulation, coping strategies, institutional support moderating effects digital engagement. Interventions promoting literacy adaptive should be prioritized university settings. research contributes to global discourse on by contextualizing within behaviors non Western academic populations.
