Maternal

cause

death

pregnancy

birth
(perinatal
period).
Perinatal
suicidality

items
adapted

Delphi

panelists

measurement
instruments

part.

rated
against
five
dimensions,
"relevance,"
"clarity,"
"acceptability,"
"effectiveness,"
"feasibility."
Consensus
was
determined
as
≥70%
endorsing
"quite"
or
"highly"
all
dimensions.
Response
options
also
on
three
qualitative
feedback
explored.
Ten
reached
consensus
dimensions
round-one
further
four
round-two,
totaling
14
items.
Twenty-one
response
scales/items
both
rounds.
The
top-ranking
item
identifying
suicidal
ideation
"Have
you
had
thoughts
about
ending
your
own
life?"
Qualitative
findings
highlighted
key
areas
be
addressed.
These
included
implications
content,
importance
asking
suicidality,
need
pregnant
postnatal
receive
information

suicidality.
