Abstract Background mobile phone addiction and mental health problems have become increasingly prominent among left-behind adolescents in China. In recent years, some studies focused on the important role of parent-child relationship psychological resilience. Therefore, this study aims to explore multidimensional relationships resilience, health, adolescents, assess impact conflict level these relationships. Methods The Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI-18), Chinese version Mobile Phone Addiction Index (MPAI), Resilience Scale for Children Adolescents (RSCA), Parent-Child Conflict were used investigate 2,100 Sichuan Province, R was run make network analysis comparison. Results (1) A structurally stable exists between adolescents' addiction; (2) BSI3 (Anxiety) is most node model, followed by MPAI1 (the inability control cravings subscale); (3) subscale) RSCA4 (family support) are key connect smartphone sample; (4) There a significant difference structure high- low-level groups conflict, no global strength network, centrality bridge strength. Conclusions resilience both independent interact with each other extent. Specifically, high dimensions such as anxiety, cravings, family support can be prioritised intervention related treatments, or reducing enhancing mitigate thus improving their health.

Background College students are disproportionately affected by smartphone addiction, which has been linked to various health impairments, including sleep disorders. This study explores the relationship between addiction and disorders, with a focus on negative emotions as mediator gender moderator. Methods Cluster sampling was used survey 1056 Chinese college students. The Mobile Phone Addiction Index, Negative Affect Scale, Sleep Disorder Scale were administered. Versions of SPSS 27.0 PROCESS macro 4.0 for data analysis, employing Models 15 4 examine moderation mediation, respectively. Results A strong direct correlation identified disorder, mediating this relationship, accounting 33.7% effect. Gender significantly moderated mediation process, females demonstrating greater than males disorders emotions. Conclusion partially mediated addiction’s association whereas mediation. These findings underscore complex dynamics among emotional well-being,

Diathesis-stress theory of depression is well known, which stresses that stressor an inducing factor for in general population. High altitude, a combination variety stressors, special environment may cultivate more depression. However, how different types stressors contribute to and its underlying mechanisms high-altitude populations remain unrevealed. The study aimed reveal the effect on depressive mood among long-term workers China further explore mediation emotion regulation moderation parent-child alienation. 2065 Chinese at altitude approximate 4200 m completed cross-sectional survey with Baker Depression Inventory-II scale, Emotional Regulation Parent-child Alienation Stressors scale (i.e., environmental factors, low social support, working challenges, accommodation, personal affairs, cognitive factors). Correlation analysis showed positive correlations between (r = 0.05-0.94, p < 0.05). Regression indicated support was strongest predictor (β 0.21), while factors also positively predicted mood. mediating model expression inhibition played partial (promoting) role mood, accounting 3.13% total variance. moderating alienation 0.01, 0.001); lower level effectively alleviated impacts (working especially support) predict China. Expression plays promoting relationship A good alleviates negative impact Findings provide new empirical diathesis-stress attract attention less better relationships prevention.
