The psychological and physiological health of undergraduates was correlated with the sleep quality, which can be improved through increasing physical activity. However, correlations between activity quality are subject to various factors. In this study, we investigated effects self-control mobile phone addiction on undergraduates’ at behavioral levels. Data collected a survey convenient sample 2,274 students in China. study utilized scales activity, self-control, quantitatively evaluate impact undergraduates. were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, including descriptive statistics, confidence tests, common method bias correlation analysis, hypothesis tests. Pearson analysis shows that significantly (r = -0.541, p < 0.001), addiction. Regression had significant positive regression effect (standardized coefficient β 0.234, negative (β –0.286, –0.351, 0.001). Further, chain mediation model → proposed. findings provide basic data for college promote improve quality.
