Background
The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
imposed
unprecedented
stress
and
challenges
upon
medical
staff,

posttraumatic
growth
(PTG).

review

synthesize

Abstract
Background
The

Objective:
Psychological
safety
(PS)
is
essential
for
health
and
social
care
professionals
(HSCPs)
working
in
high-stress
environments.
While
much
of
the
existing
research
focuses
on
PS
within
teams,
less
known
about
HSCPs’
lived
experiences
across
diverse
settings.
This
scoping
review
aims
to
synthesise
qualitative
literature
PS,
identifying
key
barriers
enablers

development
workplaces.

A
systematic
search

conducted

CINAHL,

Cochrane

a
20-year
