Introduction: The novel coronavirus disease 2019 continues to spread widely, not only causing physical disorders in patients but also impairing mental health, bringing a heavy burden on global public health. This study aimed evaluate the anxiety and depression status of infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) omicron variant Shanghai. Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed unprecedented stress and challenges upon medical staff, potentially resulting in posttraumatic growth (PTG). This scoping review aims to synthesize the existing knowledge on PTG among staff during by identifying its current status potential influencing factors. findings may provide a foundation for future research interventions enhance staff’s psychological resilience well-being. Methods Literature was systematically searched from 01 January 2020 31 December 2022. following databases were searched: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Service System (SinoMed), Wanfang Data. Eligibility criteria included: (1) as subjects; (2) focus “posttraumatic growth” or “alternative related outbreak pandemic; (3) discussion situation factors PTG; (4) study types, such qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods. Two researchers independently selected extracted characteristics (study design, population, region, measurement instruments, primary outcomes) included literature. data synthesized qualitatively descriptively. Objective: Psychological safety (PS) is essential for health and social care professionals (HSCPs) working in high-stress environments. While much of the existing research focuses on PS within teams, less known about HSCPs’ lived experiences across diverse settings. This scoping review aims to synthesise qualitative literature PS, identifying key barriers enablers its development workplaces. Methods: A systematic search was conducted MEDLINE, PsycINFO, Embase, CINAHL, Scopus, Web Science, Cochrane Library, covering a 20-year period (2004–2024). Eligible studies included primary exploring PS. Screening data extraction were managed using Rayyan. An inductive thematic synthesis approach applied identify patterns data. Results: The identified several main (1) feeling safe team (2) personal factors, which encompassed professional skills, experience, support, self-care. Objectives This study aims to investigate the post-traumatic growth of emergency nurses (ENs) in Shanghai, China, 2022 following COVID-19 pandemic. Design A phenomenological qualitative research approach was employed, with 17 ENs being interviewed between July and August 2022. Data collection conducted through semistructured, in-depth interviews, data analysis carried out using Colaizzi’s seven-step method. Setting third-level hospital Shanghai. Participants total were face-to-face, interviews. Results Three main themes eight subthemes extracted from data: (a) stress, (b) restructuring (c) growth. These sub-themes: emotion, gap, self adjusting, social support, improvement personal ability, increased sense professional belonging, spiritual awakening extended thinking, look ahead.ConclusionPost-traumatic dynamic. Managers should monitor changes experienced following traumatic events, offering targeted support at different stages, providing enhanced development opportunities, refining management strategies, guiding self-adjustment active coping with trauma, promoting their physical mental well-being ensure mindset effectively addressing future public health crises.

Since March 2022, Shanghai, China, has experienced a severe wave of SARS-CoV-2 transmission caused by the Omicron variant strain. The pandemic severely constrained local healthcare system. After treating critically ill COVID-19 patients, emergency nurses may experience some positive changes due to new insights or gains in their work, even if they have had traumatic experiences. This study aimed explore promoting factors nurses' post-traumatic growth during Shanghai. We hoped provide perspective and theoretical basis for intervening psychological rehabilitation medical staff after circumstances.This employed qualitative design based on phenomenological approach. 18 participants from department third-level class-A hospital Shanghai who participated patients were enrolled using purposive sampling. Data collection was through in-depth semi-structured interviews continued until reaching data saturation. seven-step Colaizzi process used analysis.The investigation uncovered two themes six subthemes. Internal contained self-affirmation, deliberate rumination, cognitive restructuring, which constituted attitudes behaviours that could subjectively determine. External included social support, transformational leadership, role modelling, influenced others environment.The PTG originated different sources such as individuals, organizations, society. Abstract Background: As an epidemic, COVID-19 has brought a new shock to the world’s healthcare system. The crisis caused by this disease and prolonged involvement of communities systems have intensified duties psychological burden nurses. current study aimed explain experience ICU nurses during crisis. Materials Methods: present was conducted using conventional content analysis in 2021. Twenty Ahvaz hospitals were selected purposive sampling. main method data collection semistructured interview. process done based on Granheim Lundman’s approach MAXQDA-2020. For scientific rigor findings, Guba Lincoln’s four criteria abided by. COREQ (Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research) checklist used ensure met recommended standards qualitative reporting. Results: After analysis, 22 subcategories, eight categories, one theme (growth under pressure) extracted. categories included (psychological crisis, physical exhaustion, family conflicts, complex care, professional development, expertise, life enrichment, full support). Conclusions: Despite pressures that faced pandemic, they able grow benefiting from positive experiences. These findings can lead development implementation effective interventions improve adaptation strategies nurses, especially those working intensive care unit, other future crises.
