Suicidal ideation is a major health problem that occurs in response to complex interactions among psychological, sociocultural, and environmental factors. The phenomenon of suicidal healthcare professionals still shrouded mystery Jordanian society, there scarcity studies on its relationship with job strain satisfaction has been examined the Arab world. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has significantly affected the mental health of healthcare workers (HCWs). authors have provided psychosocial support to HCWs working in typical hospitals and nursing homes Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, where major COVID-19 outbreaks occurred since December 2020. This study retrospectively examines depressive symptoms before interventions among at experiencing in-house outbreaks. We offered eight homes, obtaining data on status 558 using Patient Health Questionnaire-9. study’s results indicate that 29.4% exhibited moderate or higher symptoms, 10.2% had suicidal ideation. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed being a nurse was associated with ideation compared other HCWs. In addition, multiple Polymerase Chain Reaction-positive number COVID-19-related high symptoms. These suggest are more likely exhibit severe which may worsen if infected COVID-19. findings expand current understanding HCWs’ importance during unexpected facilities.

Abstract Background Medical doctors and residents are regularly exposed to multiple stressors that may lead mental health problems. The aim study was evaluate suicidality factors associated with high suicide risk in a large sample residents. Abstract This study aimed to analyze the predictive capacity of fear Covid-19, anxiety and depressive symptoms, variable pandemic year on suicidal behaviors in years 2020, 2021, 2022. The total sample consisted 7,735 adults from all regions country over 1.300 Brazilian cities, with an average age 34 years. research instruments used were Fear Covid-19 Scale (FCV-19S), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), a question assessing absence, presence ideation, suicide planning or attempts. Data analysis was conducted using multinomial logistic regression. main findings showed that (severe [OR = 0.696]), (mild 2.183], moderate 2.436], severe 2.757]), depression 2.831], 4.769], 10.660]) statistically significant relation ideation. As medidas de prevenção da COVID-19 basearam-se no distanciamento físico (1) e ‘slogan’ FICA EM CASA. Suspeitando-se do aumento dos níveis isolamento social, um importante fator risco suicídio, a desesperança em relação mudanças futuras nível conexão social contribuições para outras pessoas foi positivamente correlacionada com o suicídio. Este trabalho objetivou fazer uma revisão narrativa revisões publicadas que analisam comportamento suicida questões relacionadas durante pandemia COVID-19. A busca realizada nas bases dados PubMed, Embase, PsycInfo, Web of Science Lilacs. Incluímos 15 estudos. maioria estudos incluídos foram sistemáticas, as sistemáticas metanálise tiveram alta heterogeneidade. prevalência ideação tentativa suicídio varia 10,81% 13% 1% 4.68%, respectivamente. Os efeitos vão perdurar todos os sobreviventes, possibilidade se desenvolver doença mental posterior é maior. Profissionais saúde devem avaliar regularmente sem doenças mentais, rastrear ansiedade, depressão, TEPT, burnout suicida.
