BACKGROUND The full spectrum of side effects from COVID-19 vaccinations and infections, including milder symptoms or health that do not lead to care visits, remains unknown. Person-centered self-reporting may offer a solution. Monitoring patient-reported outcomes over time will vary in importance for different patients. Individuals have unique needs preferences, terms both communication methods how the collected information is used support care. OBJECTIVE This study aims describe Symptoms, system person-centered health-related quality life, was utilized investigating vaccine effects. We illustrate this by presenting data Symptoms newly vaccinated individuals RECOVAC (Register-based large-scale national population monitor vaccination effectiveness safety) study. METHODS During pandemic, were identified as ideal query related infections. To end, we posters observation areas at 150 sites across Västra Götaland region Sweden, inviting use novel digital system, Symptoms. In users can track their symptoms, functioning, life often they wish, using evidence-based outcome measures short numeric rating scales. These scales cover prespecified list based on common previously reported Participants could also self-defined if symptom included list. RESULTS A total 731 people created user accounts consented share research between July 21, 2021, September 27, 2022. majority female (444/731, 60.7%), with median age 38 (IQR 30-47) years. Most participants (498/702, 70.9%) did report any comorbidities questionnaire. Of participants, 563 (77.0%) experiencing 1 more symptoms. most pain injection site (486/563, 86.3%), followed fatigue (181/563, 32.1%) headache (169/563, 30.0%). total, 143 reported. these, 29 list, while remaining 114 (79.7%) entries field. suggests flexibility self-directed system—allowing decide which consider worth tracking—may be an important feature. CONCLUSIONS Self-reported appeared align observed post–COVID-19 relatively easy successfully captured broad, longitudinal data. Its design seemed crucial capturing burden experienced users.

Methodology: A cross-sectional using questionnaires carried out. The development proper validation a self-administered questionnaire were completed. SPSS version 23.0 used analyze data. For statistical evaluation, descriptive analysis determine demographic frequency percentage, other questions, effects. Analysis associations between study variables done chi-square tests. Each participant gave verbal consent before collection participants’ confidentiality protected. To achieve global herd immunity, widespread vaccination is the most effective strategy. Vaccines stimulate immune system, generating cytokines and chemokines, isotype antibodies, neutralizing antibodies; all these molecules collectively provide a more comprehensive characterization of response post-vaccination. We conducted longitudinal study in northwestern Mexico, involving 120 individuals before after first dose SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, 46 their second dose. Our findings reveal that antibody levels stabilize over time; cytokine generally increase following but decrease higher than normal IgG1 IgG3 concentrations are present. Most innate determined this were vaccine. Regardless previous infection history, finding suggests vaccine crucial may immunity by enhancing response. Conversely, increased IL-4, indicative Th2 response, found without prior exposure to virus those vaccinated with CoronaVac. These results suggest COVID-19 vaccines multi-faceted, preexisting potentiating robust Vaccine type plays critical role, genetic favoring Th1 inactivated like CoronaVac skewing toward profile.
