Introduction In the context of global aging, it is crucial to understand heterogeneity, changing trends, and influencing factors social isolation in older people. Methods 7198 people over 60 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey 2016 2018 were analyzed, using Latent Profile Analysis, Transition multiple logistic regression analysis. Results The study identified five categories among people; rural, widowed, with low daily living activity ability, cognitive ability more likely belong category; stability various profiles was strong, but high-level network category had danger medium-level risk time, those high moved into worse categories, while better categories. Discussion status adult group heterogeneity transitioned time. findings provide empirical evidence for taking targeted measures based on achieve successful aging.

Objective This survey investigated the relationship between social isolation, depression, nutritional status and quality of life among community-dwelling older adults during COVID-19. Design was a cross-sectional study. Setting Communities in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China that have contracted with Renji Hospital, affiliated Shanghai Jiao Tong University School Medicine. Participants From May to July 2022, 406 were selected by convenience sampling China. Background Both pre-or post-COVID-19, older adults residing in nursing homes are at significant risk for social isolation, which is negatively associated with cognitive ability. Currently, the elderly aged 80 years and fastest-growing age group globally. The extent of isolation within this post-COVID-19 its impact on abilities remain inadequately explored. Küresel dünyada Covid-19’un yayılmasını önlemek adına alınan kapanma tedbirleri ile birlikte sosyal yaşam ve ekonomik faaliyetler kademeli olarak askıya alınmıştır. Evrensel ölçüde yayılan bu salgın, tüm toplumsal sınıflar üzerinde etkili olmuştur. Fakat kendilerini koruyabilecek sosyo-ekonomik kaynak kapasiteden yoksun olan yaşlılar, zorunlu göçmenler kadınlar gibi dezavantajlı/savunmasız gruplar pandemiden olumsuz etkilenmişlerdir. Toplumsal eşitsizliğin, ayrımcı tutum pratiklerin Covid-19’la görünür hale gelmesi dikkatimizi dezavantajlı gruplara çevirmemizi de mümkün kılmıştır. Bu çalışma ise Gaziantep’te yalnız yaşayan Suriyeli yaşlı kadınların Covid-19 salgınına dair deneyimlerini yaşlanma, cinsiyet göçün kesişimselliği çerçevesinde açığa çıkarmayı amaçlamıştır. doğrultuda farklı sınıf etnisite konumlarından gelen 65 yaş üzeri toplam 15 kadınla derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmış betimsel karşılaştırmalı bir analize tabi tutulmuştur. Söz konusu kadın göçmenlerin deneyimleri, göç öncesi sonrası koşullar, düzenlemeleri, aile ilişkileri, dil veya kültürel engeller, sağlık durumu, özel kamusal destek kanallarına erişim dizi faktöre bağlı şekillenmiştir. makalede, salgınla baş etmede kullandıkları stratejilerine kesişen dışlanma deneyimlerine öne çıkan bulgular dâhilinde politika önerileri ileri sürülmüştür.
