Abstract
Online

Introduction:

Abstract
The
cyberchondria
phenomenon
presents
a
significant
health
concern,
yet
there
remains
relative
scarcity
of
research
on
the
formation
mechanisms
and
its
longitudinal
studies.
Based
RISP
model
C‐A‐C
framework,
this
study
aimed
to
examine
associations
between
risk
perception,
anxiety,
online
information
seeking
(OHIS)
within
context
Chinese
social
media.

three‐wave
survey
with
514
participants

one‐month
intervals
starting

2023,
employing
Random
Intercept
Cross‐Lagged
Panel
Model
(RI‐CLPM)
