Abstract
With
the
advancement
of
global
urbanization,
accurate
identification
urban
functional
zones
has
become
a
crucial
task
for
high-quality
development
cities.
Traditional
methods
that
rely
on
POI
data
are
insufficient
to
accurately
identify
micro-scale
zones.
Thus,
this
study
proposes
novel
method
identifying
based
VOI
(Volume
Interest)
and
applies
it

in
Hong
Kong
comparative
research.
Subsequently,
accuracy
