Abstract Background Attention to the healthcare workforce has increased, yet comprehensive information on migrant workers is missing. This study focuses workers' experiences and mobility patterns in middle of a global health crisis, aiming explore capacity for circular migration support effective equitable policy. Methods Romanian physicians working Germany during COVID‐19 pandemic served as an empirical case study. We applied qualitative explorative approach; interviews ( n = 21) were collected from mid September early November 2022 content analysis was performed. Results Discussion Migrant showed strong resilience crisis rarely complained.
