Background: This study aims to elucidate characteristics of the symptom network work-family conflict (WFC) and sleep disorders among Chinese correctional personnels while accounting for job burnout as a possible confounder. Method: A total 472 personnel were included. Their WFC, disorders, measured using version Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS), Athens Insomnia (AIS), revised Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS), respectively. Central symptoms bridge respectively identified based on centrality indices indices. Network stability was examined case-dropping procedure. Abstract Background Correctional officers tend to have high levels of work-family conflict (WFC). Due to the particularity of work prison police, prevalence depression is increasing. To explore influence mechanism police depression, this study used questionnaire measure burnout, work–family conflict, and in two follow-ups with 6-month intervals, number valid subjects was 118. Cross-lagged analysis longitudinal mediation were for data processing. The results showed that job burnout among can predict each other.
