Background Although agricultural health has gained importance, to date, much of the existing research relies on traditional epidemiological approaches that often face limitations related sample size, geographic scope, temporal coverage, and range events examined. To address these challenges, a complementary approach involves leveraging reusing data beyond its original purpose. Administrative databases (AHDs) are increasingly reused in population-based digital public health, especially for populations such as farmers, who distinct environmental risks. Objective We aimed explore reuse AHDs addressing issues within farming by summarizing current landscape AHD-based identifying key areas interest, gaps, unmet needs. Methods conducted scoping review bibliometric analysis using PubMed Web Science. Building upon previous reviews research, we comprehensive literature search 72 terms population AHDs. identify hot spots, directions, used keyword frequency, co-occurrence, thematic mapping. also explored profile exposome mapping co-occurrences between factors outcomes. Results Between 1975 April 2024, 296 publications across 118 journals, predominantly from high-income countries, were identified. Nearly one-third associated with well-established cohorts, Agriculture Cancer Agricultural Health Study. The most frequently included disease registers (158/296, 53.4%), electronic records (124/296, 41.9%), insurance claims (106/296, 35.8%), (95/296, 32.1%), hospital discharge (41/296, 13.9%). Fifty (16.9%) studies involved >1 million participants. broad exposure proxies used, (254/296, 85.8%) relied proxies, which failed capture specifics tasks. Research remains underexplored, predominant focus specific external exposome, particularly pesticide exposure. A limited have been examined, primarily cancer, mortality, injuries. Conclusions increasing use holds major potential advance populations. However, substantial gaps persist, low-income regions among underrepresented subgroups, women, children, contingent workers. Emerging issues, including per- polyfluoroalkyl substances, biological agents, microbiome, microplastics, climate change, warrant further research. Major persist understanding various conditions, cardiovascular, reproductive, ocular, sleep-related, age-related, autoimmune diseases. Addressing overlooked is essential comprehending risks faced communities guiding policies. Within this context, promoting conjunction other sources (eg, mobile social data, wearables) artificial intelligence approaches, represents promising avenue future exploration.

Objective: Black populations are disproportionately affected by hypertension and less likely to engage in blood pressure-lowering activities, such as exercise, compared non-Hispanic White populations. There is a lack of theory-informed approaches understand how individual environmental racial disparities impact exercise participation among individuals with hypertension. The I-Change Model, an integrated behavior change framework, combines concepts from social health psychology explain the interaction between awareness, motivation, action adopting maintaining behaviors. This study aims apply augmented version Model enhance our understanding participation. Methods: Individuals self-reported doctor-diagnosed ( N = 370), comprising n 142) 228) adults who were recruited via online recruitment platform, completed survey validated theoretical constructs at baseline 4 weeks. Structural equation modeling race set group variable was used compare model path effects. Results: Among both races, intention enacted behavior, whereas psychological barriers reduced likelihood engaging behavior. However, notable participants included (e.g., safety, accessibility gym) that hindered affective attitudes did not facilitate intention. BACKGROUND We co-designed a novel multicomponent Care Assistant and support Program for people after Stroke or transient ischaemic attack (CAPS) to augment secondary prevention of stroke. OBJECTIVE Following completion feasibility study, we sought feedback from Australian clinicians service provider representatives (the potential deliverers CAPS) regarding their perceptions CAPS prevention, pathways real-world adoption. METHODS Qualitative descriptive study involved in delivery stroke care around Australia. A pragmatic convenience sample was obtained previous co-design participants, leveraging professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), distributing flyers newsletters via Primary Healthcare Networks, General Practitioner (GP) networks, social media posts (CSIRO LinkedIn pages). Semi-structured interviews focus groups were conducted virtually with the Foundation (Australia). Data thematically analysed using an integrated approach. RESULTS Three eighteen participated, five states, including medical specialists, GPs, nurses, allied health professionals. collected CAPS, benefits program considerations facilitators challenges implementation. Discussion perceived focussed more on patients than clinicians. implementation sub-themes included initiation duration, patient considerations; workflow alignment, which consideration barriers enablers uptake within primary practice outreach programs. Abstract Background. Physical activity (PA) is a recognized boon for older adults, enhancing their overall well-being and mitigating health risks. Nevertheless, to encourage active lifestyles in this demographic, it vital understand the factors influencing PA. Conventional approaches predominantly rely on supervised cross-sectional evaluations, presuming both stability of PA determinants over time isolated components. However, complex nature real-life dynamics often involves temporal variability individual-level determinants. Digital phenotyping (DP), employing data recruited from personal digital devices, enables continuous, unsupervised real-time quantification an individual's behavior within natural context. This approach offers more ecological dynamic assessments, revolutionizing our understanding intricacies underlying individual patterns environmental Objective. paper aims design robust research protocol DP among healthy community-dwelling adults aged 65 above by novel measurement approach. A healthy lifestyle can be an important prerequisite to prevent or at least delay the onset of dementia. However, large number physically inactive adults underscores need for developing and evaluating intervention approaches aimed improving adherence a active lifestyle. In this regard, hybrid physical training, which usually combines center- home-based exercise sessions has proven successful in rehabilitative settings, could offer promising approach preserving cognitive health aging population. Despite its potential, research area is limited as training interventions have been underused promoting aging. Furthermore, absence universally accepted definition classification framework poses challenge future progress direction.
