Introduction The COVID-19 pandemic, affecting adults and children equally, has caused significant disruption to countries worldwide, including Saudi Arabia. In Arabia, the fast preventative measures mass vaccine enrollment were vital contain devastating impact of pandemic. However, hesitancy, especially among parents toward vaccinating their children, was a obstacle uptake. Methods This systematic review followed PRISMA guidelines assess parental willingness vaccinate against COVID-19, determine key determinants influencing such intention attitudes, underline concerns misconceptions regarding parents. Joanne Briggs Institute (JBI) checklist for prevalence studies used included risk bias. Results Twenty-three in this review, representing total 20,926 participants, with over 66% them female. Over 37% participants willing COVID-19. Parents’ age, gender, level education, income main children. parents’ potential side effects, safety, efficacy. Major about it being dangerous that are at lower severe infection; hence, vaccines not needed. Discussion seminal provides insights public health policymakers, which should be considered taken together light other addressing hesitancy.
