Methods A cross-sectional was conducted with 1,360 students (mean age = 10.00, SD 1.41 years) from 85 schools, adapted validated version the CAPL-2 tool. The scoring system align population cultural context. Statistical analyses, including t-tests, Chi-squared tests, Pearson’s correlation, multivariate logistic regression, Classification regression tree methods, were performed identify associated classifications, significance set at p < 0.05. Generalized Additive Models for Location, Scale, Shape used create age- sex-specific curves. Result revealed significant influences gender, socioeconomic (SES), locality on Boys consistently scored higher across domains compared girls, differences (p 0.001) but knowledge understanding domain 0.160). Boys’ scores 6% overall, 7% 5% advantage daily behavior competence domains, respectively. Children low SES rural settings exhibited significantly than their middle/high urban counterparts 0.001). Walking school positively correlated scores, traveling by car had lowest Anthropometric between genders noted, further emphasizing disparities competence. Most participants (71.6%) fell into "Beginning" or "Progressing" categories, females predominantly these lower stages. Conclusion reveals that SES, impact Pakistan. Boys, groups, showed everyday activities walking contributing development. These findings emphasize targeted, demographically sensitive interventions enhance region.
