Abstract
Advancing
age
is

diseases

cause

death
and
disability
in
developed
countries.
With
increasing
life
expectancy
an
ageing
population,
there
a
need
to
conduct
trials
extend
healthy
ageing,
including
targeting
biological
processes,
prevent
ageing-related
diseases.
